No, but I'd be curious to know who's doing it. I don't think this series needs a doc since only the first two are worth a shit.

But if they get Leo, I'll watch it.

Are they running out of franchises to do retrospective documentaries on? I think we've hit just about all of them right? Except maybe Hellraiser?

3 was the one that promised to be in a city but really never extended beyond an appartment building, right?

4 was pretty decent. But the first two are the best.

I wonder if they'll get Billy Zane for the documentary.

I thought I had updated this with the news but this project is dead. They started filming before they had worked out rights for use with Paramount and when the studio got back to them it was going to be I think $50k to use clips from each movie so the project was scrubbed.

Also it was an independent production.

Most of the shot footage is all presented here on their youtube channel:

Would be cool if the guys behind Crystal Lake Memories/Never Sleep Again would take up the mantle.

Bummer. I wanted to see more of Terrence Mann's character. I thought New Line/Warner Bros owned the rights?
