There's some crap on there but some of the choices I personally don't agree with.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), Terminator: Salvation (2010), Resident Evil (2002), Clash Of The Titans (2010), Godzilla (1998), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), Forrest Gump (1994).
Not fantastic films but those are some that I enjoy to some extent.

Nice to see Forrest Gump getting some well deserved hate. 
A cluster of M. Nights work near the top.

Most of these are either sequels, remakes, or adaptations of popular stories from other media (television, novels, comics, video games). Obviously fans of these works have high expectations for the movie, thus the hate when the films are not very good.
17. Love Actually (2003) - I know not everyone loves this, but I've never heard anyone trash it like most of the other movies on this list.

I would ask why Birth of a Nation, Triumph of the Will, or The Last Temptation of Christ aren't included, but I guess the theme was more of a "fanboy hate."

I can agree with some of those on there because they deserve it but naming Kingdom of the Crystal Skull the most hated film of all-time? It wasn't perfect but it's nowhere near my most hated film. All of the movies seem to be disappointing sequels in a franchise.

I'd need to know what "hated" means in terms of this list to be able to understand the rankings.
I don't get a lot of the list though. Sure, a lot of them are shit, but I don't hear people consistently saying they hate really anything on this list.

Huh? Seems a lot of grudge against George Lucas. I can somewhat agree with Phantom Menace, but not Indy.
I notice Showgirls is absent from the list, as are several Nicolas Cage efforts.
