I remember him from such movies as GI Joe and GI Joe 2

How do they explain the Terminator suddenly having grey hair? Also, how many dang timelines are there in the Terminator universe? I personally only accept T-2 as the end point and the rest as speculative fan fiction.

Apparently their skin can age from what we've read.

Re: Terminator: Genesis (2015, D: Taylor) S: Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtne

I am quietly optimistic about this movie. Jai Courtney seemed a weak link, but willing to cut him some slack. I am more concerned about Emilia Clarke. I dont think she much range, but hope to be proven wrong.

Arnie does look pretty badass. Be cool to see how they incorporate his characters from thr first two movies with this aging terminator. Also having the T-1000 back is a good move.

Oh, and Sabotage was pretty average.

Yeah, the living tissue ages, but the exoskeleton remains the same. That's a perfectly logical explanation, I think.

In the first 3 films the T-800's die. Where does this magical 30 year old T-800 come from?

I don't think it's that out of the realm of possibility that one of them could survive that long. It's not exactly like they're easy to kill or anything. Maybe this particular unit didn't see a lot of combat action or something.

I hope this movie is off the wall crazy. I'm in love with the idea of revisiting old scenes for time travel sake.

Well not liking an actor I can see, but we really don't know a ton about the film yet and have only seen a few pictures but no footage or anything. I'm also a Schwarzenegger fan and love the franchise so I have high hopes. I still am pretty interested in the direction that it sounds like the story is going to take.

As for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, that's just a case of me going in with really low expectations and being more satisfied with the film than I expected to be. Not a perfect film by any means and still the weakest comic book film but I was entertained.

Those photos don't do anything for my opinion of the film, they're neither good or bad to me. Unlike set photos that give a hint of something from the movie like a costume or look of a character, this doesn't tell me much at all other then I've always liked Emilia Clarke better with the brown hair.

Unless James Cameron is in one of the photos with a pair of headphones on, sitting in a chair marked "director," they won't change my mind in the slightest. This movie is going to suck.

They never explicitly state her age in the first two films, but piecing together various clues it is assumed that she is supposed to be 19 in the original (even though Linda Hamilton was actually 27 at the time of production). In T3 her tombstone says 1959-1997, but that movie is a mess and makes a million other contradictions and is ultimately - like Salvation - better left forgotten.

I'll echo what everyone else is saying. Arnold looks badass, and man is Emelia Clarke tiny. It's almost hard for me to take her seriously as Sarah Connor. Jai Courtney also looks way too muscled up.

Well if he's coming from the Salvation version of the future post-apocalypse, where humans have above ground bases, women all look like they just got back from the salon, and we live and work right out in the open, then I'm sure Jai is eating well and hitting his local 24 Fitness pretty hard in between missions.

Any word as to what Matt Smith's role is in this? And don't say the Doctor.

That looks like a cardboard cutout of Arnold in both pics.

I'm sure none of these things will be explained in the movie.

Meh. Even though he brought us the series in the first place I think his best days as a director are behind him personally. He seems too busy making self important films now days to do anything like another Terminator.
