What's this 80's sword/sandal/sorcery movie?
I'm trying to remember this movie I saw in the 80's. All I remember is a dungeon scene where a brute is wearing one of those black iron helmet masks things and proceeds to rape a female prisoner. BTW, it's not The Beastmaster or Flesh & Blood. Thanks for any suggestions.

It starred Lana Clarkson, the woman Phil Spector murdered.

The Sword and the Sorcerer is another one that could be it. There is this pretty cheesy but conspicuous three bladed sword, where two of the blades could be shot at something, in that one. I don't recall a rape scene, but I haven't seen it in 25 years.

I haven't seen Sword & the Sorcerer, so it might be the one. Also, the movie I'm thinking of could also be in the Medieval genre and not necessarily S&S. I don't know why this movie is so hard to locate. It was on cable in the mid-80's!

The rape scene that I remember from SatS didn't take place in a dungeon, but an alley, and the hero stopped it by making a joke about the attacker's small wang.
How about Sorceress? Not a typical sword & sandals movie, but it was medieval setting. And a lot of nudity and sex.

Yeah, while it has been a while since I have seen it, I am quite confident that there was no dungeon rape scene in the PG-rated Dragonslayer. There was, however, a surprising and very nice underwater Caitlin Clarke non-sexual nude scene.
In the course of looking up Clarke's name (she has since faded into relative obscurity), I had one of those "that-was-the-same-actress???" moments. Here is Clarke as "Valerian" from Dragonslayer:

And here is the same actress as "Simone" the prostitute from Crocodile Dundee five years later:

Reminds me of Covington Cross, although I doubt they strayed into dark territory like that. I remember this being touted as "Beverly Hills 902 A.D."

To maintain his powers, the evil wizard Traigon must sacrifice his firstborn child to the god Caligara. His wife, however, has other ideas and runs away after giving birth with her twin daughters. Before dying, she hands the girls over to the warrior Krona who promises to raise them as great soldiers. Twenty years later, Traigon returns and begins hunting down his daughters once again. Will the twins, with the help of the Barbarian Erlik and the Viking Baldar, be able to defeat their father?

The bad guy has one of his henchmen, wearing a bird-shaped helm, attack his wife with a "talon", a claw-bladed weapon. The bad guy states that if his wife will not tell him which was child was firstborn then he would assure that she will never have children again. Given the vantage point of the scene it might look like the henchman was raping the woman but apparently he was using the talon to give her the Aunt Jemima treatment.
