Not a good trailer, but I was planning on seeing the movie anyway based on how much I enjoyed In Bruges.

I found it funny, the trailer. I was going to see this either way. Take my goddamn money now.

Fucking hell, that trailer was great. And how anyone could give it a yawn or thumbs down baffles me.

Not the greatest trailer I've ever seen. However that doesn't diminish my enthusiasm or anticipation for the film.

Seriously, am I the only one that noticed the similarities in the plot?

The trailer I saw for this in front of EX2 went over about as well as a video of someone's cat being skinned alive. You could hear a pin drop.
Not a single joke, line, gag, or cameo made me even crack a smile. It looks TERRIBLE.

Opposite for me, and the audience I was with laughed also.

I thought it was great - Sam Rockwell is incredible in this one. It's very meta and there are a few parts that don't quite work, but overall, I had a blast with it.

Saw it tonight, it was pretty good not great. Tom Waits, Walken, and Harrelson were my favorite of the bunch. I love Rockwell but he was kind of exhausting. Worth checking out though.

Saw it tonight. Helluva fun time, despite the large number of people that walked out about midway through.
Violent. Dark. Hilarious. Rockwell owns this, but Christopher Walken does the best Christopher Walken.
This is some fucked up stuff, but I loved it....

Saw it tonight and loved it. Definitely meta and pretty out there, but in a way that came across as organic to an actual story and not at all gimmicky. The way McDonagh introduced the psychopaths and tied them into the story was great; it was morbid, funny, and often unpredictable; the dialogue was a highlight; and the satire was effective, yet subtle.
I thought Farrell, Rockwell, and Walken had great chemistry. Farrell was great as the "everyman" and our frame of reference; he portrayed the character with depth and vulnerability. That said, this was far and away Rockwell's show and he stole every scene he was in. His performance alone was worth the price of admission, but everyone did a great job and this is the best Christopher Walken has been in years.
I was glad McDonagh used Carter Burwell again to score this movie. While I don't think Seven Psychopaths was as good as In Bruges, it's really hard to compare the two since they're largely very different. I just really hope it doesn't take McDonagh four years to release his next movie.
