Re: The Most Unintentionally Hilarious Scenes in Dramatic Movies
I watched Memento the other night, and I loved the scene where Dodd was flagging Leonard down with his car by honking and such. They pull over and Leonard is like "What the F??" It cuts to Dodd pulling out a gun and pointing it right at Leonard. When it cuts back to Leonard, there is no reaction, he's already zooming away in his car. Friggin' hysterical! I'm not sure if it was unintentional or not, but it gave me a good laugh.

In 1960's Psycho when Norman is yelling at what his
has done! You hear it clear as a bell, for one thing, all the way from far down in the parking lot of the motel, and its so "over the top" for another. Oh!
I try to watch this in a serious frame of mind, and I can't help but suppress a smirk.
(and the spoilers are for those who haven't caught up to us yet in 2011. I'm considerate.)

If he noticed the gun as soon as it was drawn, why would he park? He could just ride away in his car.

In the Omen remake, there's the scene....
My friend and I laughed hard and loud at that scene. I think we were the only ones. That scene really got me good.

I still can't quite figure out whether it was intentional or not, but the sex scene between Nite Owl II and Silk Spectre II in Watchmen sure is hilarious.

the only reason it's hammy is because he used the leonard cohen version of "hallelujah"...if he would've used jeff buckley's version it would've been just fine.

Re: The Most Unintentionally Hilarious Scenes in Dramatic Movies
The long end scene of There Will Be Blood, with the ridiculous "I drink your milkshake" speech. I laughed several other times at moments where Day-Lewis was doing some weird bit of acting that was supposed to be serious or frightening, but the milkshake stuff was by far the funniest. The whiny preacher kid getting the shit kicked out of him would be a close second. I doubt either of these scenes were supposed to be funny.
To be fair, I absolutely hated that movie. It was a struggle to get all the way through it. And I know he's supposed to be this great actor and everything, but I also laughed at several of his scenes in Gangs of New York. I really don't like to watch movies with him in them, but he keeps making movies with directors whose films I want to see.
