Pretty much every single line of dialogue in the Star Wars prequels was unintentionally hilarious.

"WHERE ARE THEY?!?!?!" from the Dark Knight. It was such a good scene until that line. Waaaaaaay over the top.

Yes it is.

Although, in fairness, I'm not even sure Hopkins or Streep could save a line like: "Oh god! Oh man! Oh god! Oh man! Oh god! Oh man!"

The shark attacking the plane looked good.

"I did not hit her..." what movie is that from?

The Wickerman looks the funniest. As well as Mark Walhberg's response to that old lady.

Easily the *best* line though is "YOU'RE TEARING ME APART LISA!"

Someone mentioned Memento. If you use the DVD Easter Egg to play it in chronological order, the whole feel of the movie changes by turning it into a complete comedy. You can now follow the plot quite easily and Leonard seems like an utter buffoon constantly forgetting everything that just happened.

Is Tommy Wiseau Arnold's other illegitimate child?

In LOTR: The Return of the King -

Spoiler:
When Frodo and Sam are on Mt. Doom, Frodo says he cannot go on. Sam says "I can't carry the ring for you, Mr. Frodo, but I can carry you!" Add the surging music to the background, and I secretly laugh every time. It's a sweet moment in the film, but there's something about Sean Astin's delivery of the line that's humorous.

I can't embed the clip, but it's located here: http://youtu.be/O_NmCh42hZM

There are several scenes in RoTK where they get maybe too weird. It's just Astin's delivery of some of the dialogue that just make you laugh really hard.

And then they come *this close* to kissing.

(and I love every bit of it)

This is the scene in Return of the King that makes me laugh everytime.

And by the way that "The Room" video didn't include my favorite scene.

I need to see The Room as an entirety. I've seen about 30 mins of clips..but...it's not enough.

Also in 12th grade I can remember our French class was watching War and Peace (the 1956 version with Audrey Hepburn). There was a scene where some captives were being marched to their deaths. They were beaten pretty bad and were half starved, and a couple of the actors overdid the acting quite a bit. Most of the class was giggling through the whole scene.

What was even better was our teachers reaction to the laughing. He turned of the movie and turned the lights back on on and then threw the remote control across the room. He started yelling saying people were suffering in the movie and we should be ashamed for laughing at it. Then he kicked everyone out of the class early.

That reminds me of watching Inherit the Wind in English class. When the prosecutor (based on William Jennings Bryan) has a heart attack, most of us thought it looked cheesy as hell and laughed our asses off. Our teacher was visibly shocked that we could be so callous.

your missing about 15 minutes of "love scenes", and about 10 minutes worth of establishing shots

Brokeback Mountain was a great movie, but I remember cracking up at the one line Michelle Williams gives. And she is a goddess in my eyes.

That line always cracks me up!

I saw The Exorcist: The Version You've Never Seen in the theater and the audience cracked up at the doctors smoking in the hospital and at the doctor suggesting that Ritalin would fix Regan's...condition.
