I haven't seen everything by Brad Renfro (who died in 2008), but while I liked some of the films I've seen, I only thought he was fairly mediocre actor. He was great (probably his best performance) in his first flick, The Client. I've seen Sleepers and Apt Pupil and thought he was okay, but he brought nothing special to those performances.

Of these, I have seen only Ghost World, so for now, I consider that to be his best (and also worst) performance.

He got some great parts but I never really thought much of him as an actor. If it wasn't for the drugs, he probably would have made a lot more out of his career, seeing as how The Client was a huge breakout performance for him.

Bully is probably his best performance, and that's not saying much.

Good God, but is The Informers unwatchable. At least lots of nekkid Amber Heard kinda/sorta/not-really redeems it a little.

These are the only three I've seen. Even though he had a very small part in Ghost World, I liked his character as it felt "real" like most of the characters in that movie. The Client is probably his best performance, though.

The films in bold are good viewing. The others are decent. The unlisted I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole to be honest.
