I vaguely remember a movie I watched sometime in the late 80s or early 90s. The only reason I even remember it was the coincidence that I was eating a candy bar that shared a similar name with the movie. I'm almost 100% certain that I was eating a zero bar, but I can't find a movie with zero in the name from that time period. I guess the movie could be called snickers or zig zag or even hersheys for all I know.

The woman who let me watch it was a big horror movie fan although I'm pretty sure this wasn't a horror movie. She did say it was one of her favorite movies though. One of the things I actually remember about it is that there were guns. I also remember a scene with some people standing on the side of the road waiting for something. I'm pretty sure there were guns involved there too. I don't think it was a war movie.

Thinking back on it I remember her talking about Glory. I believe she talked about going to see it in the theater. If that's right then that puts the timeframe around 1990 when I was 11.

at all the candy bar movies. I should have expected that. It wasn't Less Than Zero or Ground Zero.

After thinking about it some more I believe that the movie focused on a group of younger guys, teens or early twenties, who were battling either the military or a group of older guys.

It may be The Zero Boys. I couldn't tell from the trailer. I'll have to give it a watch.

I will say imdb's search function sucks ass. None of the movies that have been named came up when I tried searching for zero.

Here's another one. There was a movie where a guy was eating some fries and found a finger mixed in with them. I'm pretty sure there was a gas pump explosion also.
