help needed to find a movie by content
I remember parts of the content of an American movie which I have seen around the year 1972. However I neither remember the title nor the actors or the producer of it. In the following I will tell the first part of the movie as far as I can memorize it:
A very rich family has invited many people for a party in their beautyfull house. Among the guests were a quite simple couple which seemed not to belong exactly to the rest of the selected society.
The man of this couple was type of Peter Falk as Colombo. While all guests and the host were celebrating the wife of the host and the “Colombo”-type disappeared to a smaller house on this site build for the children of the host. An observation camera was installed there.
While all the people were celebrating in the main building one of the guests switched on the TV and everyone including the host could observe the wife of the host and the Colombo-type performing their wretched action.
When everybody has observed this for a period of time and realized what happened there a female guest graciously switched of the TV .
The main part of the movie was then telling how they all tried to mange to go aong with this situation.
Does anybody can give me information about this movie, does it exists ore can it have been a nightmare of myself?

Is this the one where Peter Falk takes out his glass eye and uses it as an anal bead on the hostess?

Some of the plot sounds like Murder By Death, but some of it doesn't. Maybe you're remembering two different movies as one, or misremembering the action.

Doe to my limited knowledge of Your language I didn´t get the clue of the above, even with looking up some expressions in the dictionary.
However the anal bead must be something dirty

I don't think this is it, but the only thing I could think of is in Boogie Nights (which is partly set in the 70s) William H. Macy's character is always finding his porn-star wife having sex with other men in public in full view of other people (not while making porn movies).

Defenitely it was not a porn/sex film. The scene I described was focused on the guests and the host observing the TV-screen. As far as I remember the Colombo-type and the hostess were clinching with allmost all their clothes on, as it was usual in the standard movies by this time.

Okay, okay...I know, coming twenty months later it is a safe bet that nosailor aka the original poster of this thread is likely not around here anymore, but in the unlikely event anyone else has just been dying to know..well, the movie in question could well be:
LOVING (1970) starring George Segal. A lot of the details are an exact match. Only things that don't match are that there is no scene where a female guest turns off the TV (George Segal simply covers up the camera with his hand to end that aspect of things), I don't believe the woman is the wife of the host (but it could well be remembered that way as she is the wife of another prominent party guest), and the movie ends about five minutes after the described sex/camera/party guests scene. The party scene does take up the final third of the film however.
