Megan Fox IS an attractive woman, but she's not the type that I'd just go see anything she did because of it (reserved for Amanda Seyfried), but I've read a lot of articles from people who've worked with her who say she really can act and that when she does get the right role (I've heard it might end up being the one with Rourke) that people will see she's more than a creation of Michael Bay, her own "strange behavior" and publicists.
Long term, I'd certainly bet on her over than wanker Shia.
Personally, I think she and Seyfried did pretty well with a below average screenplay and terrible directing in "Jennifer's Body" and I'm actually kind of rooting for her to do well.
