Vito Corleone and wife sitting at the table in GFII

Isn't that really inspiring how he has nothing but that apartment and his wife and they're eating there happy with one another?-biggrin-

I know right?

What about the scene where he bitch slaps her and he tells her fuck off you not taking my kids.

I cried on that scene, it was so full of emotion and passion and I was like "GO VITO GO...don't let that heffa take your kids!"

I think you're confusing Corleones.

I like the part where Fredo smiles with the orange in his mouth. It was Part III, I think. ;)

I'm sure there are many Americans feeling that now.

I liked it when Michael Corleone made this face.

I like the part where the Paramount Logo comes up at the beginning of each movie ;)

I like the part where Michael keeps slapping Kay while she's saying, "DAUGHTER! SISTER! DAUGHTER! SISTER!"

I like the part where Cody Jarrett yells, "Made it, Ma, top of the world!" before they talk him down with an offer of cannoli.

I love the bit where the Jews kidnap Michael and tell him his formula for figuring out the stock market can be used to decode the Torah.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

What about the part that Michael stumbles upon a new club in Havana

Best part is when Vito looks in the mirror and goes "You talking to me?"

I also thought the rape scene was very tastefully done. The CGI was a bit iffy in some spots though.

No the best part is when he is blind and drives, and dances the tango.

I almost lost it when Michael beats that guys head in with the fire extinguisher in the gay club.

Just brutal.

I was very touched by the sequence where Michael forgives Frado for betraying the family, and the two brothers bond by robbing the bank to get the money for Kay's sex change operation.

Poor Al Pacino. He was 5-for-5 in "Best Picture" Oscars before he died. :(

Re: Vito Corleone and wife sitting at the table in GFII

Pacino's best work was in Raging Bull. The weight gain alone was impressive, but his scenes with Rip Taylor were incendiary.

The Godfather III is the best in the series, by far.

I disagree. Winona Ryder's performance as Michael's daughter ruined the film. Great script by Mario van Peebles, though.
