I loved it- the film had it all, a great cast, violent bloody mayhem (Id assume some of the more extreme violence got trimmed for it's R-rating) and wit/sense of humour - can't wait for the bluray!!!

Nothing politically makes sense in Machete. It's an action movie about a bunch of authoritarian illegal immigrants, who murder like 2000 people and don't accidently hurt an innocent person.

I loved Che's first album, evil empire. The rest were so-so. Too preachy, IMO.

Just got back from it and loved it. It was a ton of fun. Tons of laughing and claps a some of the kills, dialogue. Plus the shot of Jessica Alba standing in the shower was pretty nice. Movie was a ton better then I had expected.

Alex Jones is in a couple of Richard Linkleter films. He's a nut. I can't see the video at work. Does he point out that last Sunday the LAPD had to shoot an illegal immigrant who was threatening them with...

The Bus

Saw it tonight. It was really fun, but kinda of loses all steam in the last third of the film (after the daughter and wife are kidnapped). The final fights didn't seem epic, just like a more drawn-out scene of the newsteam fights in Anchorman.

The last third of the movie needed an interesting cameo or two to keep it fresh.

I'm still willing to give Kills and Kills Again a chance, though.
