I was thinking it'd be cool to start a thread where we can post our favorite covers of film scores. I'll start.

It's another Yo-Yo Ma/Morricone track, and unfortunately nothing video-wise to look at, but I love this version of Ecstasy of Gold from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly".

That was great, FinkPish. I never knew Yo-Yo Ma played a cover of Ennio Morricone's Ecstasy of Gold. Wow!

EDIT: I'm definitely gonna have to get Yo-Yo Ma Plays Ennio Morricone.

Not really a cover of a film score (though there is a movie based on the musical so...) but I thought this was interesting:

Sadly, not even Nightwish can make me like what I consider to be one of the worst songs ever written (though I'm sure there are far worse that I've been lucky enough not to hear).
