Thanks for the review. Looks like I can push my skepticism to the side. I'll be watching this at the drive-in anyway so I'd only be out a few bucks if I hated it (which I probably won't).

Is it just me, or was the review a bit spoilerish (it sounded like it, from the pre-review line about Laurence Fishburne's character)? I stopped reading after the first couple of lines because I didn't want to find out more than I should about the film. But I love the Predator franchise and have movie cash for the film, so nothing will stop me from seeing it.

Saw this today and loved it!
It has alot of musical cues from the first film amongst other nods (I actually thought there was gonna be another one to the 2nd movie but that didn't work out the way i thought). the cast do work really well together. Some great humor is in there (perhaps a little too much for me) but Walton is great.

The Predators were well designed and moved really well, the best I have seen so far.
Will not add anymore but this is a great return to the series.

I don't think I could buy this on BD. For me I don't think I could watch it too many times. But what I saw I liked alot!

I've no idea actually. I just...noticed that he was gone at that time..and after that his status was legend around here. *sigh* 2 hrs. and rated R..meant it was worth watching. And animated films weren't....films. He had some form of elitist type beliefs there.

One of the Adrian Brody clips shows that the parachutes are clearly automated.
