Movies that actors should leave off their resume?
Name one film that an actor should leave off their resume.
A few off the top of my head...
Robert De Niro - Rocky and Bullwinkle
Al Pacino - 88 Minutes
Michael Caine- Jaws: The Revenge
Cate Blanchett - Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Renee Zellweger - The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Anyone associated with Batman & Robin would like to leave that off their resume, I'm sure.

Ralph Fiennes - The Avengers
Sean Connery - Highlander 2
Marlon Brando - The Island of Dr. Moreau
Clint Eastwood - Space Cowboys
Morgan Freeman - Dreamcatcher
Gene Hackman - Superman IV
Michael Caine - Jaws: The Revenge
Willem Dafoe - Speed 2: Cruise Control
Kevin Spacey - Fred Claus
Veteran actors in complete crap! Sometimes the $$$ is just too good to pass up.

If I was Jon Heder, I would totally omit Napoleon Dynamite from my resume. Then, every time someone reviewed it there'd be that awkward moment when they realize something obvious is missing and they scratch their head trying to figure out what it is. Then, when they realize it, they'd feel awkward about asking if I was aware that the movie for which I was synonymous wasn't on my own resume. I'd have fun with that.

Well, to be fair, Pacino did The Merchant of Venice in 2004, which had no commercial value and was a labor of love.
He has a passion for doing Shakespeare (see Looking for Richard).
He did The Merchant of Venice again for free in Central Park last year. So he does care about the craft of acting
I think he just doesn't care about acting in movies like he used to

I imagine most people involved in Showgirls want to forget they were a part of it.
Not a movie, but also anyone with the Star Wars Holiday Special probably want it burned from memory.
And then there's Tim Robbins and Lea Thompson in Howard the Duck.
If I remember right, Michelle Pfeiffer didn't care at all for Grease 2 so she probably wouldn't mind dropping it.

Re: Movies that actors should leave off their resume?
My understanding is that an actor's resume exists to establish how much they were paid for previous work, thus giving producers an idea of their price. The only thing they want to leave off are films that didn't pay well -- which is why big-name actors will sometimes appear unbilled in small films.
