I have yet to muster the desire to see even a frame of any Tyler Perry movie, but if the small dose of his TV show is any indication, then I need to stay the f*** away from this crap.

Both are boorishly bombastic films, and are both horrible adaptations of their source material.

From the picture you posted in this thread (which is just in bad taste, and that's being nice. I 'd actually probably use a few other words to describe it) you probably wouldn't watch any of Perry's movies, no matter how good they were.
