Bollocks! You're right.
Was it the picture of someone who might be named Lily, or the depiction of some pinball wizardry that gave it away?
Fun details (that I noticed for the first time when getting screenshots) about the scooter (above) driven by Ace Face (Sting) (spoilered if you don't know and want to observe for yourself):
Spoiler:
The initials G S under the windscreen
Spoiler:
Sting = Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner
The initials are yellow and black
Spoiler:
The colors of the sweater he wore while playing in jazz clubs; another player remarked that he looked like a wasp, which inspired his stage name
Most of the logos on the scooters I could note were Lambrettas, but Ace drives a Vespa
Spoiler:
Vespa (Italian): wasp

It meets its fate:

Buckaroo, Gottlieb, 1965. Then the aspect ratio helped narrow it down.

The guy on the right has found most of his work as a voice actor the last few years.

The leading man and leading lady in this film had been in two different movies with the same title within three years of each other.

The writer of this movie created a popular film franchise. The most recent installment of that series starred the leading man from this movie.

One of the supporting actors in this movie had a supporting role in a popular TV series and a leading role in a critically acclaimed TV series.

Somebody should be able to get this! If no one has before I go to work, I'm going to take it.

Blade Runner. The 3rd screenshot is the closeup when Decker is viewing that photograph. The first one I didn't recognize and now the 2nd makes sense (end fight maybe?)

Wildcard if I'm correct.

Sorry for the delay, folks. I've been offline all day.

Yep. The 2nd shot is the end fight. The first shot is the bathtub in replicant Leon's hotel room. This movie is so visually memorable, it was hard finding screenshots without going too obscure (like shot#1). It was fun going through the movie again, though.

Re: Guess That Movie By Screenshot: 'Round Midnight

The actor seen in this shot is probably best known for his portrayal of a character, based on a real person, in a 1970s movie partly inspired by real-life events. A movie from the 2000s was (more loosely) based on the same source material.

Re: Guess That Movie By Screenshot: 'Round Midnight

Charley Varrick

Edit: Looking at your clues more carefully, I'm now pretty sure about that. Joe Don Baker is the first guy; Andrew Robinson is the second.
I was first going to guess Carradine's Americana, but you put up those last two shot just in time.
