Reminder that this airs tonight.

BTW, did anyone watch the February premiere Vanishing on 7th Street? The DVDTalk reviews (here & here) were decidedly mixed.

Thanks for the reminder!

Yeah, there's a thread somewhere about it; I thought it wasn't executed well-enough and I was sort of shocked to know it was from the director of the Machinist, as it wasn't as fresh as that film. Do need to see Transiberian though.

Well, I'm pissed. Cox decided to drop HDNet movies from its channel lineup, so now I'm missing all this good stuff. Argh!

I watched it. Didn't do anything for me.

I recorded Black Death last night but haven't had a chance to watch it. Heck, I still have Ong Bak 3 on the DVR.

I am so looking forward to March 30th's film, Rubber

Wow. The disparity between Vanishing and The Mist for me is immense.

Goddamnit. All these great movies premiering on HDNet still pisses me off that Cox dropped the channel. Although, I partially blame Cuban for refusing to let his channel be free to HD subscribers. Greedy bastard.

DVR'd this and watched it the other night. I was kinda bored in the first half, but then it picked up and took a turn down a darker path than I was expecting and I enjoyed the second half a lot more. Speedman is really good at playing a total dick.

Magic Bus premiers on Wednesday, this is the documentary about Ken Kesey's road trip with the Merry Pranksters.

I also noticed that Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil is getting released by Magnolia, hopefully that shows up as a early premier as well.

Re: What happened to the HDNET Movies Early Premieres?

There is a premiere coming up, this week or next, for a film about Ken Kesey.

Re: What happened to the HDNET Movies Early Premieres?

Good Neighbors was awesome -> I was NOT expecting the film to go the route it did and even though
Spoiler:
you figure out Speedman's character can walk by yourself even before they hint at it - it's still pretty crazy the first time you see him leave the apratment.

Thought the music used in this flick was cool too.

Decided to rent this off of Tyner's review as I am sick of getting burned by a lot of the B movies out there as of late - this one didn't dissapoint.
