A lot of those are cheesy because they are quoted too much or taken out of context.

Why? Lord of the Rings is plenty cheesy, it's one of the endearing factors in it. The TBS ads were always spot on.

some of the ones in that vid aren't cheesy, they've just been over-quoted

and some are just due to bad delivery. honestly, acting can make or break dialogue
