Your Favorite Visually Amazing "blink-and-you-may-miss it" Quick Scenes?
Not a whole lengthy scene, but a pretty quick, memorable, well-filmed awesome scene, which is a second or a couple seconds long - maybe a "turn your head you would miss it" scene. Sometimes the most amazing filmmaking is captured very quickly and it stays with you forever:
1. RETURN OF THE KING - Witch King standing up after falling off his creature that just got its head cut off.
2. MATRIX - helicopter gatlin gun bullet shells falling in slo-mo
3. TRUE LIES - airplane rising up next to building as terrorist surprisingly sees it through his binoculars
4. GLADIATOR - metal face mask getting knocked to the side in the Maximus vs Gaul one-on-one fight.
5. FULL METAL JACKET - sniper woman turning around in slo-mo to face Mathew Modine in movie climax
6. BATTLE ROYALE - girl reaches for her own neck after realizing she was just imagining herself jogging and not being part of the sick battle royale game.
7. BIG LEBOWSKI - Jeff Bridge's spazzing reaction after Nihilist throws weasel into tub
8. REQUIEM FOR A DREAM - any of those camera-mounted on the actor quick cut scenes.
Which memorable ones do you love?

I think I've mentioned this one before but my all-time favorite "blink and you miss it" moment is:
Jaws When a yellow barrel flies passed Brody and it comes so close to hitting him in the face that it knocks his glasses off.
A couple other faves:
The Bourne Identity When Bourne is escaping the embassy and he rips the floor plan sign off the wall to find his way out.
Payback Mel Gibson putting in a mouth guard just before he crashes his car.

I would include the second shot of the shooting star as it passes over the Orca in the night sky.

Yoda throwing his lightsabre into a clone trooper in Revenge of the Sith. I missed it the first couple of viewings.

My favorite has always been Christopher Reeve as Clark Kent half-heartedly raising his hand in the Daily Planet conference room when Perry White asked "What's his favorite baseball/football team?"

Zoom in shot in This is Spinal Tap which shows David St Hubbins and Nigel Tufnel both have cancre sores on their lips (implying they both slept with the same groupie). Still cracks me up to this day.
Oh and the short scene with Billy Crystal and Dana Carvey in the same film. "Come on move, mime is money"

The opening shot of Jerry sleeping in his room from Three O'Clock High is great, and really sets the stylistic tone for the remainder of the film. I also love the smallest smile in the world from Buddy at the end.
A lot of movies are. I don't think that was the question.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
not really a scene, but a shot. Tuco and Blondie are walking along when they encounter some Union soldiers.
then the camera pans right with no edit, revealing a huge Union encampment with hundreds of soldiers
every time i see that shot, i think about the time it must have took to set it up with all the extras

From Dr. Strangelove:
Tracy Reed as the centerfold in Major 'King' Kong's issue of Playboy. (She's seen later as Miss Scott with General 'Buck' Turgidson.)

There's a shot in Trading Places where Eddie Murphy breaks the fourth wall to give the audience a WTF? look when the Dukes are talking down to him. That shot cracks me up every time I see it.
