Yes, I know of at least 2 in my area.
Horrible site layout with frames, but this place seems to keep track (not sure how current it is overall):

Theres one a mile or so from my house:

I haven't been for a bit but they have double features (1st run movies and smartly paired) for $5 a person. The best part is bringing your own food and drinks.

I don't think there are any more on Long Island. They used to be great to party at. A bunch of us watched all 5 Planet of the Apes movies in 1 night. It was light out when the first one started and dawn was breaking when the last one ended. There were only a few cars left by then but it was great. Being outside and parting and all. You can't get that indoors.

There's one a few miles from my house:
http://www.route66-drivein.com/drive-in_welcome.htm
I go maybe four or five times a year though they are closed between October and April. I haven't been to a normal movie theater in probably five years. I think Lord of the Rings was the last movie I saw in a theater.

There are two within a half-hour's drive and two more a little further away. We go at least four or five times a summer, if not more. Our preference is the one that lets us BBQ and shows three flicks for $7.00 per person.

There's one near me too, the Auburn Valley 8 I think it's called. Saw Grindhouse and Funny People/The Hangover there. Good deal for $7, but you miss a lot of the smaller details when the film is bigger and fuzzier.

Yeah, there's one just outside Atlanta. Starlight Six Drive-In.
Up in Indiana close to Purdue University, there's actually a couple within a 30-40 minute driving distance -- Lakeshore Drive-In, which absolutely rocks with great double features and a rather good grill/snack bar, and Mel's 50s Drive-In.

There's one about 45 minutes from me in Newton, Ia. I've never been to a drive-in, I've always wanted to go.

I've got one or two with easy driving distance...haven't been for a long time. With young kids, it's rare that the double feature contains 2 movies that both family-friendly and worthy of checking out.

Saw the latest Ice Age and Harry Potter movies at a double feature just a few months ago. Too bad the kids were still awake or we would have stayed for The Hangover. Nothing like three current movies, cheap concessions and bringing your own food for under $20 bucks.

Starlite Drive-In in Wichita, Kansas.
Never been there, but I hear it advertised on the radio when I'm in the area. I've always wanted to go there, but I've never been in the area when something I would actually bother seeing was playing.

West Wind Las Vegas 5 Drive-In in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The theater actually upgraded the projector systems about half a year ago so the presentations are brighter and clearer.
I've never had a bad time at the Drive-In, either with dates or friends.

Don't get to it much (last film was Ratatouille) but the Mendon Drive In theater in Mendon, Mass is still operational. I saw Star Wars and Jaws there as a kid. Still remember those crappy speakers they had that looked like fencing masks.
