Terminator (problem solved since I was able to catch it this past summer at the Brattle Theater in Cambridge, MA)

Jaws. I was only 3 years old, but it would have been cool to see that in the theaters that summer and see peoples reactions(terror) towards the shark.

The most recent one I can think of is The Assassination of Jesse James. I'm glad I discovered it on disc but that is a movie that cries out to be seen on the big screen.

Tremors.
Granted, I was 6 years old when it came out, but it's the kind of movie that should be seen on the big screen. And jesus christ, this is one of the best monster movies ever made. Right up there with Jaws.

Most movies I really regret missing in theaters (Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Moulin Rouge, Evil Dead 2, Godfather, Heat, Fight Club), I've actually been able to see in the last few years at the AFI Silver.
I do wish I watched The Fountain a second time though.
Gladiator

Honestly, doesn't really matter much to me since I have a projector. Blu-ray looks stunning, and I don't have to deal with all the crap that goes along with the movie theater experience. That said, I still go periodically when there's a movie that i want to see ASAP.
