That looks crazy. After seeing "Daywatch" and "Nightwatch" I became interested in seeing more wild Russia films like this so I'd check it out; especially if it's in its native language. I think I even saw an actor from the those films in this trailer.

.....I'm assuming cuz it's just the car? Cuz otherwise I really don't see much besides streching out the father-son correlation from the trailer.
