Sources tell ET that the actor was brought in by ambulance to the emergency room at a Manhattan hospital, wearing an oxygen mask and with numerous tubes visible.

I'm suprised he's lasted this long with all the drugs and alcohol he's consumed. With that out of the way, I do hope he's ok.

Hopefully, this won't mean an end to his career. I'd hate to think that "An American Carol" was The Last Movie he ever made.

Hopper'll be okay. After all, he's got True Grit.
(You all forgot he was in that one, huh?)

There would be quite an Elegy for the Memory of this man. But for now, he's not going to the Land of the Dead, and is keeping us in Suspense, hoping the Unspeakable doesn't happen. Let's hope he doesn't Choke and that his Ticker is OK, but as we know, these things are often the Luck of the Draw, so let's not get Carried Away.
