Not as iconic as some of the above but I always liked the rain scenes in A Bug's Life and Braveheart.

While it's not a movie, the Clone Wars cartoon series had a neat scene of a light saber duel in a rain storm.

On the same line of thought, the Obi-wan Kenobi vs. Jango Fett battle in Star Wars Eps. II was pretty cool.

A lot of great choices, so I will go with "Memoirs of an Invisible Man"...a very touching scene with special effects that hold up well today. In an otherwise bland movie, a great scene.

Since nobody has mentioned it yet, I'll throw the early scene from "Suspiria" into the pile. Put it near the opposite end of the spectrum from the iconic "Singing in the Rain" scene.
