Re: Be the Producer — A Movie Talk Draft Game
How many people do we have? It looks to be 10 or so, a round robin style tourney may work out well. Every one would matchup against every one else once, kinda like a H2H fantasy league. We could total the votes after each round and have standings, should be fun.
Can people still join and catch up their picks?

I say close it off, or if someone wants to join in, they pick up where everyone else is and the first 1,2,3,etc. picks they missed get tacked onto the last draft day. So if someone hopped in now they would get to pick for today, but yesterday's pick falls into the last day where they would get 4 picks.

After talking it over with woody5254, we've decided to keep it at 16 players. So that means that there are 3 slots left.

Re: Be the Producer — A Movie Talk Draft Game
If a book title is being used as a framework for the Franchise vs. Franchise story does the book title have to be listed as a franchise?
par example:
"Romeo and Juliet" -- Transformers (Montagues) vs. Gobots (Capulets)

Considering Romeo and Juliet (the play) is a remake, I think that would be safe. Story archetypes are good.

Pick people to fill these slots for your ideal movie:

Franchise #2
Director

Actor #2
Actor #3
Sup. Actor #1
Sup. Actor #2
Sup. Actor #3
Cameo
Screenwriter
Flex (2nd screenwriter OR band for hit song based on movie)
Score
That's it.

Is everything up to date in post #2?
I'm not sure if it was asked or if I'm missing it in the rules, how does multi-talent work?
i.e. Can someone pick Kevin Smith the actor and someone else pick Kevin Smith the director and another for Kevin Smith the writer? Or is he off the table upon first pick? Can the same person use the same actor/writer/director for 2-3 different roles?
