Saw a t-shirt at Comic-Con that said, "...and then Buffy staked Edward. The end."

Re: The Way Twilight Should Have Ended

Buffy was friends with Spike who was a vampire...doubt she would have staked him. They likely would have dated for some time before Edward split off and went to a different city where he opened up a P.I. business...

Don't be haters. Twilight is a very romantic story, and the series of books is well worth reading.

I'm not hating. I'm just saying i'd like to see the characters in Twilight die long and painful deaths. What's wrong with that? I'm sure most teenage girls would disagree, but....

I enjoyed them as well. Most of these people go nuts for every freaking super hero movie that comes out...yawn.

Don't like it? Don't watch it. Simple as that. It'll help lower your blood pressure, and also help you avoid some unnecessary hate.

I'm just sayin'...

Yeah, just like TITANIC (but at least it's a lot shorter).

Re: The Way Twilight Should Have Ended

I may not have liked Titanic but at least it had excellent production design. Oh and
Spoiler:
the boat sank.

I think that's the big thing for Titanic. I didn't really feel amazed by the basic plot of the Jack and Rose romance..but it was the boat that sold the picture for me. Not the actual story revolved around it.

That's what kept me watching the movie. The ship was so meticulously designed and researched that it was a joy to see it. The characters and the story were meaningless to me.

I'll say it. I actually enjoyed the Twilight series more than the Anne Rice vampire books.

Not to defend Twilight but "gay" is also a perfect descriptor for Anne Rice's idea of vampires.

I don't think I can take a film seriously when someone explains that another person is their Heroine...that's just creepy, man.

Re: The Way Twilight Should Have Ended

That New Moon clip was pretty hilariously bad in person as well. I unfortunately had to sit through the Twilight panel to see the Avatar panel. That clip is basically the teen girl version of fan service from anime. Which is fine, I suppose. Just don't disguise it under the veil of some supposedly great and romantic story. At least fan service is up front about what it is.

Oh, and Groucho,
