I initially had it as a reverse sheep question until I realized that there'd be so many challenges. Part of me wants to say that any SPECTRE-affiliated scheme is part of their quest for world domination, but you'd be hard-pressed to convince someone that the plot of From Russia with Love is about a quest for world domination.
