Help me with the names of a couple films

These are two that I have been trying to find. I'm pretty sure they are from around the 80s or early 90s.

One of them was about these people who wanted to stop smoking, so they signed up with this company that helps people quit by following them around and if they catch them smoking they kill them. Kind of a comedy/thriller.

The other one I'm a little more foggy on, I seem to remember there was a mansion in the middle of a garbage dump where these people were trying to escape from and there might have been some creatures that looked like giant babies. It might not have been a movie, it could be an episode of a show like Amazing Stories.

Second one is Nothing But Trouble

Edited and beaten: The first one sounds like the Stephen King short story Quitters Inc.. They used part of the story in a film called Cat's Eye

The first one is a the first segment in Stephen King's Cat's Eye. It's Alan King as the CEO of Quitters Inc and James Woods is a new client. Great twist at the end of the segment.

Funny how memory jumbles things around. The first movie was the one that was part of an anthology, while the second movie was the one that was a comedy/thriller. And in the first one, they didn't kill you,
Spoiler:
they simply tortured your loved ones, or maimed you. Anything to make you quit.

Is this movie suddenly becoming an internet phenomenom or something? This is the third site (In no less than a month) that I've seen it get mentioned.

Dear lord, I hope not. That is one embarrassingly bad movie.

Maybe it was on late night cable recently and the all folks who watched it through hazy, half-drunk eyes are all trying to figure out what the fuck they just saw.

Ah, of course Chevy Chase, thanks alot for the help everyone. I actually noticed Cat's Eye when I was searching around IMDB but couldn't connect them.
