Re: Best David Fincher movie?

1. Se7en. Brilliant thriller.
2. Zodiac. Patient docudrama.
2. Fight Club. Anarchy and chaos leading to a awesome ending.
4. the Game. Awesome third act.
5. Button. Interesting third movie with Pitt
6. Panic Room. Good, but not great.
7. Alien 3. I have the special edition and have yet to view the alternate cut. I feel this movie was a mess before he lost control to the studio. Sure it took some balls to kill some favorite characters in the first three minutes. But It felt like the writers were just being lazy. Not even attempting to top or come close to the thrill of the previous two and what we are left with is a rehash of Alien, albeit in prison. The smart choice would have been to come back to earth like the Dark Horse comics sequel to Aliens.
