How much time do you spend watching media?
 

I am interested to know how much time some of you guys spend watching films/TV etc each week. I have only really started getting into this stuff a few months back. Don't get me wrong, I have always been into films more than others I know. But only lately started building my home cinema and collection. I just need to convince my flatmate to chip in for a home server set up ;)

So, how much is it?

I would say I spend 8-10 hours per week watching TV, none of it when it is actually broadcasting though.

And I usually watch 4-5 films per week.

Oh, and a little bonus question. Do you prefer your media left on their disc's, of on a hard drive/server type set up?

In a typical week, I'll watch roughly 10-15 dvds. They're mostly movies with the occasional wrestling event thrown in.

Tv - 5 to 7 hours
movie - 1 to 3 hours

I play a lot of video games but lately I've been watching about 3 to 4 hours of the wire every night. I spend about 3 or 4 hours every night playing games or watching blu-rays or dvds.

i watch about 15 movies a week and about 5 hours of television.

about the same here, maybe more.. but I tend to watch a shitload of Horror films and lately alot of them have been 60-70 minutes long. I can count on 1 hand how many 2 hour films I've watched in the last three weeks.

yeah it's like about 14-17 movies a week. I should probably be studying for my classes but damnit, I'm a film major. I must learn from my art!!!

about 6-10 hours a week of tv and 1 or 2 movies a week if I am lucky :(

I usually watch 2-3 movies a week and about 3-4 hours of TV 5 nights a week plus about 2 hours of xbox a week...yeah, that's a lot. Sometimes it's less if I'm busy, or this weekend I've done NOTHING but watch movies since I'm sick... in the last 2 days I've seen 10 movies.
