the movie is finally out, but it's only in the one artsy theater here. I haven't any idea why it didnt go the regular route of chains like AMC. Hilarious movie!

Dusted this off and watched it again yesterday. Felt the need to bump this thread and promote it a bit.
This is a hilarious movie. Giggle out loud, very funny movie. Whether or not you like Woody Allen movies doesn't really matter with this one. It's just a very funny movie.

As much as I love Larry on Curb Your Enthusiasm, I thought he was terribly unconvincing in this movie. Particularly during his big speech at the beginning. I rarely saw him as the character, he always sounded like someone reciting lines.
It was interesting to read Woody Allen originaly wrote this with Zero Mostel in mind. You can see how so much of the diolouge would have suited him well.
