Horror movie I cant think of... (70's - 80's maybe?)
 

The only thing I really can remember is:

There are a bunch of kids stuck in this house and one of the kids gets left behind or moves into another room where there is this really hot girl (half naked?) trying to seduce him.

He finally embrasses her only to have the camera pan around her showing that she's some sort of spider (spider-woman?).

She goes from making out to sucking his guts out through his mouth and when she finishes he falls to the ground - nothing but skin.

Please help me out guys!

This doesn't look like anything the OP described. Sounds familiar.

Other than the seduction part that seemed pretty close.

Night of the Demons?

Sounds a bit like Night of the Demons. Isn't there a similar scene in "Ghoulies" with Bobbie Breese?

well if it was a Japanese anime feature length film, I say it sounds vaguely like 'Wicked City' - but it aint, so... sorry.

Not that this helps, but I know in Nightmare on Elm Street 4, Freddy does this to a girl. However that does sound like the scene with L. Quigley in "Night of The Demons"
