i found his more recent film Palindromes to be just as disturbing. i highly recommend it.

Just saw this. My son is now around the same age he was, definitely the most depressing and frustrating thing I ever have seen. The kinda of thing that either makes u look for hope or lose all faith in God.

I check in with this thread once a year or so, so forgive me if this has already been posted. Has anyone checked out Horrible Reviews on YouTube? He has a series of videos called 'The Most Disturbing Movies Ever'.

The guy is genuinely entertaining and he covers a lot of what we've mentioned here (Salo, August Underground, A Serbian Film). I feel I'm doing him a disservice describing him this way (because he's Dutch for one thing, and it's really just the accent) but If I had to sell it in a sentence I'd say 'Borat reviews disturbing films'. He's not nearly as dorky as Borat (if at all) but after you see him say 'Nice!' a few times, come back here and tell me I'm wrong.

The videos are somewhat spoilery, not a whole lot more than a trailer I suppose, but this may be a good way to check out if you really want to see a particular film. I have to spoiler the video, because the title frames are graphic and absolutely NSFW. I hope this doesn't break any rules...

It just amazes me when legal decisions like this are made and no one pays the price. The judge, psycologist and anyone else who, illegally, helped her get out of jail should have been tried as an accessory to murder.

I was poking around YouTube last night and found a whole lot of complete uploads of exploitation films. I'm talking "Ilsa: SS She Wolf" or whatever it's called, "Salo" and "Cannibal Holocaust 2." The whole film, no edits. YouTube is slipping if they let that stuff sit there.

with the violence and porn on the internet, does anything really make you feel dirty or ashamed to watch??? I think I must me immune now.

I think I watched most movies on the post and nothing really makes me feel ashamed.

I did watch human centipede and thought it was garbage, but after reading reviews on the second, I just purchased it on Bluray. I am sure I will not feel ashamed after that either. But we can hope.LOL
