Need help with two movie titles
 

First one: An animated movie with a family of mice. One mouse is very sick and the family brings him medicine. Notably, in a white paper pouch.

Second: A movie, I believe it was sort of family friendly. It involved kids and drugs and some sort of marking on the back of their necks. Like a dot. It involved teachers, as well.

I know that's a bit vague, but any help would be appreciated.

1-Secret of Nymph (Oops, spelled it wrong)

2-Sounds like the Invaders From Mars remake (Dot on the back of a teacher's neck) but if it's a drug-drama as you mentioned, then I have no idea

The second one could be the Faculty but I without the markings on their necks.
