Least chemistry couple?

Re: Least chemistry couple?
Others are Richard Gere and Jodie Foster pretty much made Sommersby unwatchable with their lack of chemistry.
I also really, really, really, really, really wasn't feeling Laurie Jupiter and Dan Dreiberg together, either in or out of costume, in Watchmen.

Jackie Chan and Jennifer Love Hewitt
"The Tuxedo" raises many, many, many "WHY?" questions, but the two of them being paired up is one of the top three.

I know it was supposed to be a little awkward and things were different 150 years ago, but I hated Kevin Costner and Annette Benning in Open Range. The love story seemed so forced and just came out of nowhere.
Awesome movie though and loved every other part of it.

Ingrid Bergman and Paul Henreid in Casablanca. It doesn't help that Bogie and Bergman have perhaps the best chemistry ever. Next to those two, Henreid is cardboard.

Eastwood & Rene Russo - In The Line of Fire - ruined a good film
Hackman & Barbra Hershey - Hoosiers - I swear she's cringing when she kisses him.

I immediatly thought about that pairing when I saw the thread title. I saw Face/Off in the theaters and right away I couldn't buy them as a married couple.

Brad and Zanti in Critters 2.
Austin and Felicity in Austin Powers 2. Come to think of it, I don't know if Mike Myers had any chemistry with his women in the Austin Powers movies.

I think the problem was more that Heather Graham was just plain terrible in AP2. As much as I dislike the movie, her acting stands out as being even more terrible.
Elisabeth Hurley was better, but that is probably because she is a better actor.

Jodie Foster and anyone, male or female. She can't connect with ANYONE. She was as cold toward Ardelia in 'Silence of the Lambs' as any of the men. But even there, she had none, nada, with Hopkins and Glenn, and Glenn doesn't exactly overflow with charm. Hopkins carried that whole movie. Reason why a supporting actor got a Best Actor Oscar.

Adrian Brody and Naomi Watts in King Kong. Even if it was a side story, I never bought them actually have attraction for one another. Look at him.
