I'm really amped for the Wrestler, gonna try to steal a sneak at the the NY film festival.

Got me thinking though, its got Tomei as an aging stripper, what films have covered this sort of thing, the stripper on her way out? Ditto that of prostitutes. I haven't seen Nights of Calabria, but I understand that does too, what else?

What is it?

Same as Klute and Striptease as others have mentioned... not so much an age issue as stripper or prostitute on her way out. Julia Roberts Character was giving up being a prostitute by the end of the movie.

I think the Striptease suggestion was a joke about Demi Moore being in her early thirties (therefore "old" ;)) when it was made.

I thought yours was a joke too, with her being young. Maybe my sarcasm detector is broken.

Demi Moore was hot in Striptease.

That wasn't her. That was a silicone-based life form.
