Please help identify movie
 

It came out a year or two ago. I just remember a trailer I saw. It was about a young man out of control on drugs and anger and his family had him kidnapped and sent to a "camp" to clean him up. I think he had a younger brother and maybe only a mother no father. It was a low budget indie film. The "camp" was pretty brutal in the mountains or something and kind of abusive. I think he escapes or something with his girlfriend's help and then I don't know what. Maybe based on his life and he starred in it? I don't think it did very well or was even a good movie but I'd like to see it on DVD if I can find out what it was called.
