Best Movie in Imdb's top 10
 

We had the thread about the most undeserving movie in Imdb's top 10, which from the results Pulp Fiction deservedly won (With Shank and 12 Angry Men nipping at it's heels). Now what would you consider the "best" movie in Imdb's top ten? And yes I will include The Dark Knight. It's been there for a while, and looks like it will stay awhile.

Gotta agree with you there. I much prefer it over the first Godfather (which is also great, BTW).

But yet you picked Dark Knight.

Only because this is like the 500th time we've had this poll.

My head tells me Godfather, but my heart goes with Empire.

Never even heard of it. Who cares about those boring,overrated, and B&W foriegn movies anyway?

My favorite on the list is The Godfather.

I would never have put 12 Angry Men in the top ten. It is excellent. But not top ten.

I felt the Godfather was better then Part 2. Favorite movie would be Dark Knight though.

I have a feeling 12 Angry Men is going to remain at 0.

The Shawshank Redemption for me

I've seen nine of those movies, the odd one out is The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

All 9 are excellent movies, it's very difficult to pick out one and if asked this same question tomorrow I'd probably have a different opinion, that's how close it is.

However, since I just last night watched 12 Angry Men for the nth time and once again marvelled at it, I'll go with that one.

The Godfather. One of my all-time favorites.

Shawshank, while a good film, is IMO very overrated and shouldn't even be in the top ten.
