Hang in there, man! Without you all we've got from the French is Gerard Depardieu. I promise to forgive you for Godzilla.

French Kiss wasn't the greatest movie but it was in no way as bad as Rollerball, missed the other two mentioned.

I think you need to see more French films if you think that's all there is left.

Flyboys wasn't THAT bad. You shouldn't mention it in the same sentence with Rollerball...that was just unspeakably awful.

Hope he's alright.

Poor guy. Hope he has a full recovery and makes at least a few more good films before he retires.

Hope he's ok. He looks like he's put on some weight in the photo in that linked article. Couple that with the fact that he's 60 and sounds like he's smoked a billion cigarettes when he talks and that can't be good.

His rep says it's all false.

http://www.people.com/people/article...220554,00.html

Earlier reports that French actor Jean Reno suffered a heart attack are false, and the actor is currently enjoying his Caribbean vacation, PEOPLE has learned.

The 60-year-old actor's publicist confirms that he went to the hospital, but for a less serious ailment.

"Reports that actor Jean Reno is in the hospital due to a heart attack are false. He is vacationing in the Caribbean and went to a local hospital as a precaution for some discomfort he was feeling due to heartburn and gastroenteritis. It was definitely was not a heart attack. He is fine and healthy and enjoying the rest of his vacation traveling in the Caribbean," his publicist, Christina Papadopoulos, tells PEOPLE.

She even joked, "I think he was just enjoying vacation and probably ate a little too much spicy Caribbean food!"

Reno, and his wife, Zofia, arrived in St. Bart's on Tuesday where they were house-guests of French rocker Johnny Hallyday and his wife, according to French news agency LCI. Hallyday and French President Nicolas Sarkozy were best men at Reno's wedding in July 2006.

Or maybe I'm a big fan of French cinema and this was just a sarcastic joke?

I was hoping for the part in the article that says "people close to Reno heard him say "...this is for Mathilda" before he passed"

But good news that he's still alive.

And maybe I could've looked at your DVD collection first before responding.
