That looks like a lot of fun, but Iron Man, Whiplash, Black Widow, War Machine, Nick Fury and Justin Hammer are a hell of a lot of plotlines to squeeze into two hours. Hope they're not overstuffing this.

I'm sure somehow Hammer and Whiplash join up in some form, IM and WM fight Hammer's suits I guess, and Fury, Sam Jackson, and B. Widow are already integrated well somehow by possibly having Widow be a spy under Stark's employment but reporting to the Eyepatch just so that he can now wtf Stark is doing and to keep him safe out of beneficial interest.

I'm not up on the Black Widow character, or most of the Iron Man CB characters post 1981 (including War Machine), but since BW is Russian and the Whiplash character here is Russian (or therabouts) I could imagine she is tracking him and in doing so collides with these other characters.
I dunno, just guessing.

Looks fun.
Although I cued up the second trailer to Clash Of The Titans, and I think , just based on trailers alone, that has my juices pumped a little more right now.

Love it! The whole bit at the end of Iron Man and War Machine gave me a geekgasm!

I don't think Fury and B. Widow are in this one for the purpose of Iron Man as much to build up to the inevitable Avengers movie.

I liked the first 2/3 of that trailer. The film still needs to sell me on the last 1/3, but the great mixture of humour and character in the first part has at least got me in a seat. Nice work Favreau and all concerned. Will it eclipse the first in Box Office takes?

The trailer reminded me a bit of Rocky 4:

It should be good. Mickey Rourke looks like a scary-as-hell villain. Scarlet looks hot. And Rocky 4 is my favorite Rocky film!

I bet is makes anywhere from 50-75M more than the first. But I'm very pleased with the trailer. And like Toddly6666 said, Scarlet Johansson does indeed look smokin. But it's the same publicity shot/scene we saw months ago. Would have like to have seen more of her in the clip. All in all, thumbs up overall.

Looks pretty good. I'm not familiar with Iron Man comics, but Whiplash seems like a weird villain. Rourke sounds terrible with that accent. I hope they don't assume that because Stark's cockiness helped the first film work so well they need to turn him up to 11 in this film. Cheadle looks good as War Machine. That last shot is badass.
