How do you rate Indiana Jones villains?
 

Here's how I rate Indiana Jones villains from best to worst:

1. Mola Ram from Temple
2. Lao Che, Kebab dude, and Cackling dude shooting at the rolling gong from Temple
3. Toht from Raiders
4. Big Arab dude with the sword from Raiders/ Big Indian dude with the turban from Doom
5. nazi leader from Raiders / nazi leader from Crusade / Irina Spalko from Crystal
6. bald mustached mechanic from Raiders / Prime Minister & Prince from Doom / Dovchenko from Crystal
7. Monkey man & nazi monkey from Raiders / Alfred Molina from Raiders
8. Belloq from Raiders
9. Dr. Elsa Schnieder and Walter Donovan from Crusade
10. Mac from Crystal

That guy played by Pat Roach was my favorite.

Arab Swordsman

Mola Ram was fucking awesomely evil, so he's my #1 baddie.

With the exception of Toht from the first flick, who wasn't the main villain, I really have thought the Indy movie villains were lacking (can't even remember the villain from the third one). But Cate was fantastic in Crystal Skull, easily the best villain the series has had. Scenery chewing and yet kind of hot.

You seriously don't believe that someone you name Kebab Dude is a better villain than Belloq. :hscratch:

I never cared for Belloq - he's not even that evil anyway.

I bought and Indiana Jones Villain thermometer (tm) years ago to keep it straight for me.

Belloq was the best, just becasue he was the most rounded. Everyone else was essentially a cartoon character.

Although I do love the way Mola Rom says "You will become a TRUE BELIEVER" :)

Lao Che could've been interesting as the main villain in a film. Mola Rom was awesome though. I love when he uses one of his henchman to throw at Indiana Jones, which means his henchman was going down to the alligators. I would have to say that Belloq gets my vote as the best villain though. The Hovitos line, hitting on Marion, etc.

i never saw the actor who played bellog in another movie again.

He's currently in the Travelers Insurance TV commercials holding a giant umbrella.

He was ok in Raiders, but his masterful performance as Ivan Ooze in the Power Rangers movie, is my favorite.

Drop them Dr. Jones, they will be found! YOU wont! Hahahahaha!!

Mola Ram for me too. RIP Amrish Puri, after this movie he kept his head shaved for his other roles because it made such an impression.

Mola Ram's "Welcome." is the single best delivery of that line ever. Even Bela Lugosi can't touch it.
