Of course Serge is there because who doesn’t continually run into somebody they had a charming but largely forgettable interaction with in a gallery in 1984

2024 will finally see Eddie Murphy reprise one of his most beloved roles in long-awaited four-quel Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley. In the intervening three decades, there have been many attempts to get Foley back, badge in hand – and now it’s finally happening, set for release on Netflix with a load of familiar faces returning (Murphy will be joined by Judge Reinhold, Paul Reiser and Bronson Pinochet to name but a few), some fresh cast additions, and the one and only Jerry Bruckheimer back producing.

I will probably watch the new movie on Netflix but no way I would go to see this in theaters. Loved the movie back in the days of HBO and damn near memorized them as they played so frequently but I dont know if I can convince either my wife or myself to watch the originals before this comes out.

Never heard of Bronson Pinochet, though. Sounds like he'd be difficult to work with . . .
I wonder if this means he'll have kids in the movie. Because kids always make action movies better. Like in SHAFT.

Did you ever watch the original movie? Serge was a big character. And Perfect Strangers was a huge 80s comedy that he starred in. And it’s Bronson Pinchot.

Did any of you actually read the piece that was quoted from the Empire article in Kenshiro's post? Empire fixed it, because even they knew it was a ridiculous mistake, but it's still in his quoted text.
