For me it's not even close.

The Incredibles

One of my favorite movies of any genre. It's a great combination of classic comic book heroes and James Bond. It's even got some Bondian music and Ken Adam-esque "set design." And the characters are great (the script has some serious depth and character development - much more than any kids or family movie that I've ever seen, including all the rest of the Pixar movies).

I like Monster's Inc and Finding Nemo - a lot, and I think the Toy Story movies are good, but The Incredibles is on another level altogether. Hell, I'd go so far as to say that with The Incredibles Pixar made a movie for adults that would appeal to kids rather than the other way around.

And I'm dying to see a sequel to The Incredibles!

A Bug's Life is still my favorite.

This pretty much sums up my feelings exactly, except that I really didn't care for Finding Nemo all that much.

For me it was between The Incredibles and Ratatouille and I picked The Incredibles.
