Meet Dave (Brian Robbins, 2008) — Eddie Murphy as... a spaceship (cue facepalm)
Trailer | IMDB | July 11, 2008
From the makers of Shaggy Dog, Norbit and MST3K (what?) comes Meet Dave...
A crew of miniature aliens operate a spaceship that has a human form. While trying to save their planet, the aliens encounter a new problem, as their ship becomes smitten with an Earth woman.

This is perhaps the first trailer I've ever seen that I could barely finish watching. I don't know if this will bomb or make millions like Norbit. For all our luck it will do better business than Hellboy II.

The amount of denial by everyone involved in this thinking they are making something worthwhile must be staggering.
One thing is for sure based on his choices in film the past 10 years I think he picked up that tranny prostitute not knowing it was a dude. He obviously is not a good judge of anything.

I'm very much alone in laughing hysterically at that trailer. maybe it's because I'm tired, but fuck, that was so bad I couldn't stop laughing.
that "Stying aliii" at the end made me bust out laughing.

I though this looked better than anything Eddie Murphy put out in the past decade, not saying much but at least he looks like he is trying to be funny and not just a caring dad.
