need movie-related help for school project
For the Interperative Reading course I'm taking our teacher wants us to do a dramatic interpretive reading. He told us that it would be fine if he reading were either a monologue or a dialogue between two charecters, and that we could feel free to perform something that is a movie based on a play because scripts are easy to find online. Any suggestions for movies that were once plays?

You might try works by either Tennessee Williams (A Streetcar Named Desire, The Glass Menagerie, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof) or Arthur Miller (The Crucible, Death of a Salesman, All My Sons). They're all available on video in one version or another, and they all use modern English.

Sam L Jackson's "Eziekel" speech in "Pulp Fiction", or any of the banter between Travolta and Jackson throughout that movie... perhaps the "foot rub" conversation?
