Time and Tide (Tsui Hark - 2000) had a pretty memorable chase sequence, considering it encompasses pretty much the entire last hour of the movie and contains 1) a guy being used as a rappel weight and 2) a chase along the side of an apartment complex.

While I agree with Bourne Ultimatum and Point Break I think that "Kiss of the Dragon" with Jet Li deserves an honorable mention.

I forgot about Jackie Chan in "Rumble in the Bronx"

The building to building jump capped it off nicely.

Casino Royale and The Bourne Ultimatum sprang to mind. The Back to the Future chases too, although some of them weren't strictly on foot, because there were skateboards/hoverboards and horses too.

Most of Run Lola Run qualifies too. There was a French film called District 13 which was essentially one long parkour scene too (free-running, it's also what you see in the Casino Royale sequence).

Um... the chase in Blades of Glory? Though that's more 'on-skates.'

What about Ash in 'Army of Darkness' when he's running through the woods?

I am partial to the original 'chase' scene in Halloween where Jamie Lee Curtis doesn't have the keys to get in the house - absolutely love the scene, although maybe not exactly a chase scene like the others mentioned.

I did also like the helicopter and motorcycle chase scene in Tomorrow Never Dies. Not on foot, but the beginning is - getting out of the Carver Building.

And of course, the Alien queen chasing Sigourney Weaver through the station in ALIENS.

I've always been fond, (in a cheesy, guilty pleasure way) of the foot chase in Dead Bang. Perfectly topped off by the hungover Don Johnson vomiting on his capture.

I've loved some of the foot chase scenes in To Live and Die in LA.

"Why you chasing me?"
"I don't know. Why you running?"
"Cause you're chasing me."

The end of French Connection II. I swear to God that I thought Gene Hackman was going to have a real-life heart attack!

Another vote for Casino Royale. I thought that was an amazing chase scene. It seemed to go on forever and was really intense.

Also, another vote for TCM. Leatherface chasing Sally was going to be my unchosen pick, until I saw someone else mentioned it already.

Not really a "chase" the same way most of these are, but when Chingachgook gets all pissed and chases after Magua and the end of Last of the Mohicans.

I immediately thought of Ferris Buller trying to beat his parents home. I know that its not technically a chase, but still still kinda fun

How about that lousy French movie with the great on foot chase scene (title was something like Area 13)?

I thought of Dash running from the badguy flyers in The Incredibles. He was the only one on-foot, but you gotta admit, running on the surface of the water and dodging a hail of bullets at your heels is pretty cool.

District B13 was already mentioned...and it's hardly a lousy movie.
A bit rough around the edges, but it's pretty damn entertaining.
