The final shootout in Once Upon A Time In The West between Frank and Harmonica. Gives me chills everytime Morricone's score whirls into a fury before the final shots.

From Shadow of a Doubt, where Joseph Cotten's character is talking about the widowed women in cities, and the camera keeps pushing in on him, then he turns and looks right into camera. Just creepy.

Here's a clip from Youtube, start watching around 3:00 or so. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX1Kim1N1vg

Children of Men

Spoiler:
The scene where they are carrying the baby out and the soldiers stopped firing to look at the baby

Overall, I thought it was an okay movie. But I'll always remember that scene.

Shawshank Redemption - both the "rain" scene and the ending. Every time.

Last minute of Empire Strikes Back before the credits. The music is just perfect.

And believe it or not, the Vader "Nooooo!" scene in ROTS. I know a lot of people hated it or thought it was corny, but for me it's very effective at conveying Anakin's utter sense of failure and having his worst nightmare realized.

Many others I can't think of at the moment.

Cloverfield - the initial army assault.

Kill Bill Vol 2 - Uma crying with mixed emotions at the very end. Trailer fight eye gouge.

Oldboy - the photo album.

I feel really awful for posting this one, but I'm a cynic and it got to me in a really weird way: the sled sequence near the end of Elf.

Mulholland Drive - this isn't a scene, but the moment it all sunk in and everything made sense. Unmatched.

Lost Highway - Brain surgery by table corner

From the ending narration in The Right Stuff: "But on that glorious day in May 1963, Gordo Cooper went higher, farther, and faster than any other American - 22 complete orbits around the world; he was the last American ever to go into space alone. And for a brief moment, Gordo Cooper became the greatest pilot anyone had ever seen." I get all tingly when the music flourishes.

Batman Begins--"Swear to me!" and "It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me."

So many from The Lord of the Rings, here are just a few:
The storming of Isengard by the Ents
The lighting of the beacons
The Charge of the Rohirrim
"My friends, you bow to no one."

Here are my negative feeling goosebumps:

Not only any scene from JACOB'S LADDER, but just walking by the DVD cover of Jacob's Ladder gives me goose bumps

Any scene in DEVIL'S ADVOCATE with the demon-smile face, especially when Charlize Theron looks at the woman in the mirror towards the end.

The face of the victims in RING(USA or Japan)

The fire-extinguisher face smash/body-shaking-to-eventual death in IRREVERSIBLE

Any scene in THE SHINING

Here are my positive/happy feeling goosebumps, quite a bunch after taking a look at my favorite films:

In Matrix Reloaded, during highway chase scene:
When Agent jumps onto the first car in slow motion, when a passenger car smashes into another passenger car, and the Morpheus scene where he steps out of his car leading up to the shoot-up of the Twins car to oblivion.

In Spiderman, when Peter Parker firsts runs and rips open his shirt to reveal spiderman outfit.

In Mad Max 2, the whole car chase finale

The movie trailers of Mallik's The New World (excellent film, excellent trailer), Versus (sucky film, excellent trailer), Requiem for a Dream, and Dark City

The climax of Brotherhood of the Wolf when Samuel Le Bihan kicks ass for the first time.

Any fight scene in Gladiator

The dream sequence in Time of the Gypsies (the same music was used as the dramatic theme song in Borat)

Robocop's ED-209 taking out the corporate dude.

The theater show at end of Rushmore

In Day Watch, the destructive yo-yo weapon

Luke Skywalker and dying Darth Vader father/son bonding before Darth's death in Return of the Jedi

Gomer Pyle's demise and discovery of female sniper in Full Metal Jacket

in Legend, Darkness' first appearance

In X-Men 3, Juggernaught smashing through the walls (my favorite X-Men villain)

The first one to pop in my head was the scene in Forrest Gump when he's running from those kids with his braces on, then they brake off, and the look on his face in addition to Alan Silvestri's score did it for me.

and the last point in The Karate Kid
