If Pamela Anderson qualifies as an actress, she's at the top of my list. That chick is scary without make-up.

As someone else said, Sarah Jessica Parker used to be okay looking (nothing awesome, but at least she can act) but her smoking habit is destroying whatever beauty she had.
Cameron Diaz with body fat was nice. The current Cameron Diaz looks like Skeletor.
